About Us

Conveniently located in Wine St Sligo the Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic was established in 2000 and is run by Therese Devaney MISCP B.Physio. MSc. Sports Medicine

Therese Graduated from University College Dublin in 1994 with an honours degree in Physiotherapy and completed a MSc in Sports Medicine in Trinity College Dublin in 1995. Therese and her staff are members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Your physiotherapy experience will involve:

  • An in-depth subjective and objective assessment including full medical history
  • An accurate diagnosis
  • Patient-centred treatment plan involving hands-on manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises and advice
  • If required we will liaise with your doctor, consultant, occupational health department or team coach to ensure your recovery is as smooth as possible.
